Travel with us by charter bus to The Whole Woman Encounter 2026 in Sonesta Select Charlotte University Research Park! We are excited to fellowship together as we journey to this life-changing encounter.
Please read all information carefully before reserving your seat.
Seating is Limited
We have only 50 seats available on the charter bus.
Seats will be reserved on a first-paid, first-served basis. Once all seats have been filled, we will not be able to secure a larger bus.
You are welcome to invite a friend or family member to travel with us.

Before submitting your $35 deposit, please complete the Charter Bus Registration Form.
Once your form has been submitted, you may send your deposit using the payment information below.
Departure Information
Upon arrival, everyone will have time to check into the hotel, freshen up, and prepare for our Meet & Greet at a local restaurant that evening.
Your Bus Fee Includes
- Round-trip charter bus transportation to Charlotte, North Carolina
- Road trip snacks
- Transportation between the hotel and the church throughout the weekend
Hotel Information
A room block has been reserved at:
You are welcome to stay at another hotel if you prefer. However, the charter bus will remain parked at the Sonesta Hotel throughout the weekend, and transportation to and from the church will originate from this location.

Important Information
The $135 bus fee covers transportation only.
This fee does NOT include registration for The Whole Woman Encounter.
The Whole Woman Encounter registration must be completed separately on the Encounter Registration page.
Each attendee is responsible for:
- Registering separately for The Whole Woman Encounter
- Paying for her own hotel accommodations
- Any personal expenses not listed above
The hotel provides a complimentary continental breakfast each morning.
Lunch will be provided on Saturday, and we anticipate having leftovers available for dinner that evening.
Additional snacks will also be available throughout the trip.
Reservation Policy
- Complete the Charter Bus Registration Form.
Your reservation is not confirmed until both your registration form and deposit have been received.
Because seating is limited to 50 passengers, we encourage you to reserve your seat as soon as possible.
